The military legislation of Armenia creates opportunities of monitoring of all processes directed on an opportunity of objective decisions at an appeal, promotes strengthening of a functioning legal field in republic. However ignorance of these laws and incomplete knowledge of the population of its rights, resulting the issued laws to be non-called, strongly complicate real process of practical application of the law

With the purpose of strengthening of legal knowledge of users of the military law, the organization has created the permanent ADVISORY CENTRE on legal education with attraction of lawyers and experts under the military legislation. During six years of functioning of the Centre more than 8000 conscripts and their parents have received the qualified consultation. The organizations' beneficiaries address on the most various questions: problems on health, violating of conscripts' rights during an appeal, questions on an appeal from families with problems, proceedings, social problems etc.

In work with beneficiaries the rich library of the organization including the necessary legal and juridical literature, and also books and the brochures issued by the organization helps very much. Questionnaires which subsequently help experts of the organization at realization of the analysis of a situation on this or that problem are distributed visitors of the Centre also.

Lawyers of the Advisory Centre periodically will hold also exit seminars and consultations in regions where on the average about 600 persons for one year receive legal help. Within the framework of functioning the Advisory Centre the organization carries out also propaganda activities among representatives of the state and military structures with the purpose of change of their attitude for sphere of practical application of the law for the benefit of the law priority and a real estimation of legal knowledge of a society that is one of obligatory conditions of becoming of a civil society and a lawful state.
